Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service through email and incoming calls, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and be reasonable via telephone, ensuring a positive customer experience. Handle individual customer situations to resolution, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to provide written communication that is free from spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision. Ability to multitask, apply critical thinking skills, and maintain accurate data. Proficient in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or arts and crafts environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple customer needs and conduct follow-up meetings on time. Experience working in a faith-based or values-driven organization.
