Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative with CVS Health, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options, simplifying their healthcare experience. You will be an essential part of our high-energy call center team, working in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service and empathy are paramount. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide personalized support and solutions to help members understand their coverage and options, simplifying their healthcare experience Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve member inquiries on the first call, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and security of member information Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure workspace free from distractions Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field 6 months of work-from-home experience Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
