Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our SilverRock team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing clear and concise information about their warranty and ancillary products. Educate customers about their warranty coverage, ensuring they understand their benefits and how to access them. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective problem-solving skills. Utilize our self-service options to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices. Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing. Fluent Spanish speaker (extra 25 cents per hour). What We Offer Compensation and Benefits Competitive starting rate: $18.50 per hour ($19.50 with a degree).
