Job Responsibilities As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management by: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Processing the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested Key Responsibilities Equity Plan Management As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be responsible for managing equity plans, including: Stock option plans Performance Share Units (PSUs) Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Stock purchase plans Data Analysis and Reporting You'll also be responsible for analyzing data and producing reports, including: Ad-hoc data analytics Reporting on equity plan management activities Data audits to ensure operational compliance Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred.
