About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your expertise and empathy will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, simplifying their overall experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, providing clear and concise information about their pharmacy benefit plans. Address member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Offer personalized solutions to resolve member issues on the first call, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of member interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and governmental regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and CVS Health policies. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment. A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include: 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field. 6 months of work-from-home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage distractions. Healthcare certification, such as a Medical Assistant certification, is a plus. Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues. Proficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Technical skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software systems and maintain accurate records.
