About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the knowledgeable and trusted advocate for our Medicare members. Your role will be to educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing empathetic and member-centric service that exceeds our members' expectations.
