About the Driver Assistance Program Our Driver Assistance Program offers a range of safety services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. As a Customer Support and Response Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance with these services. You will listen carefully to each caller's situation, evaluate their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their issues. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Evaluate each caller's situation and provide solutions to resolve their issues, whether it's related to mapping and navigation or emergency situations. Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, handling stressful situations in a calming manner. Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools. React and respond decisively in emergency situations, ensuring customers receive the support they need. Reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Support and Response Specialist, you will need: A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills, including active listening. The ability to multi-task and find answers while on calls with customers. Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required. Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors fluent in English and Spanish or English and French being highly preferred. A quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours, with a broadband internet connection (recommended at least 10 MBPS). A wired internet connection, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone. The convenience of working from home, with no commuting hassles. A competitive pay rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour. An equivalent hourly earnings range of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour, with bilingual contractors earning $0.31 per customer interaction minute and an equivalent hourly earnings range of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.
