As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, and collaborating with your teammate to provide seamless 7-day-a-week coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, responding to customer inquiries in a kind, helpful, and professional manner. Manage and prioritize support tickets and listings to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and task management. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools (e.g., ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA). Preferred Qualifications Previous customer support experience, particularly in a remote or online setting. Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
