Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working from home and assisting callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical facilities, pharmacies, and other destinations. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Assist callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical facilities, pharmacies, and other destinations. Administer non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Navigate ambiguous customer situations, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Multi-task and navigate multiple work streams and tools, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Work independently with limited supervision, exhibiting self-motivation and initiative. Collaborate with peers and management to achieve team goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (required). Demonstrated passion for outstanding customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. High School Diploma or GED (required). Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferred). Adept at navigating ambiguous customer situations and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Skilled at customer engagement and maintaining composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions. Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple work streams and tools , prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Ability to work independently with limited supervision , exhibiting self-motivation and initiative. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare or a related field (preferred). Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
