Our Team and Culture We're a small but mighty team of 11-50 employees, located in Austin and remote. Our top KPI is the number of bookings through our platform, and growing that number is our sole focus. Job Summary We're looking for a self-motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our customer success team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our growing community of holistic practitioners. This is a contractor position, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, has a proven track record of CS success, and is excited about the opportunity to join a fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities: Respond to tickets and provide timely and effective support to our holistic practitioners Track client payments and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date Host live onboarding and support calls over Zoom, providing clear and concise guidance to our practitioners Assist with a range of random tasks that come up working at a startup, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Collaborate with our customer success team to identify and resolve issues, and to develop new processes and procedures Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and the needs of our holistic practitioners Essential Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry Growth mindset and a passion for learning and self-improvement Passion for wellness and alignment with our mission to revolutionize holistic healthcare Sharp communication skills, both written and verbal Autonomous, self-starter with a "figure-it-out" attitude Team player with a collaborative and supportive approach Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the wellness or healthcare industry Familiarity with SaaS platforms and booking software Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Passion for wellness and commitment to our mission Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Heal.me, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
