Job Summary As a Customer Support Specialist - Virtual/Remote, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers via email and phone. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work from our Clearwater, Florida or Knoxville, TN offices, or remotely. This is a full-time hourly role, offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist - Virtual/Remote, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to Customer Inquiries : Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone, addressing their questions and concerns. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving : Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ Years of Experience : In a contact center environment, preferably in a customer support or service role. Excellent Communication Skills : Both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Proven Multitasker : Ability to work in an omnichannel environment, prioritizing and managing multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously. Independent Problem Solver : A mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues. US Work Authorization : Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
