This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Description: CTG is seeking a Data Engineer to support data platform development for a client project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines and enabling analytics and reporting. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platform solutions • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using PySpark and Databricks • Support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple data sources • Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to enable data visualization using Power BI • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms • Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, architects, and stakeholders Required Skills: • Databricks & PySpark • Power BI • Data pipeline development / ETL • Azure experience preferred Experience: • 3+ years in data engineering or data platforms • Experience working with large datasets in distributed environments Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
