Job Summary As a Data Management Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our data management team in working with tables within a database platform and data pipelines (ETL/ELT). You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, relational databases, and programming languages like Python and SQL. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and databases Work with large datasets to identify trends, create reports, and inform business decisions Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes Develop and maintain technical skills in data analysis, SQL, and programming languages like Python Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a minimum of two years completed, or a recent graduate Strong academic record with a GPA of 2.75 or higher Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Major in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology Familiarity with SQL and relational databases Experience with programming languages like Python Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer Career Growth and Development As a Data Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
