The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role in analyzing and communicating performance on all client programs and campaigns. As such, the Digital Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with all members of both the Digital Marketing and Client Partnership teams. Their role also digs deep into data and contributes to the development and delivery of relevant insights and reports. Who You Are (Attributes): • Possess an ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit. • Loves learning new things and facing new challenges. • Is analytical by nature, driven to find answers to complex questions. • Enjoys all aspects of working with data. • Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and responsibilities. • Thrives in a collaborative team setting. • Is passionate about digital marketing and looking for a tight-knit startup environment What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): • Provide analysis for key clients including monthly updates, yearly summaries and other ad hoc requests. • Understand client’s business requirements and design reporting and analysis strategies tailored to their needs. • Develop custom dashboards to track reporting/benchmarking. • Strategize and collaborate with other relevant team members where optimization is required. • Deliver analysis and reports to support client campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions. • Gain expert level understanding of our unique solution and the role analytics plays throughout the organization. • Contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and toolsets at the agency. Your Background (Qualifications): • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on relevant disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, Economics, etc. • 0-2 years in an analytical role, preferably in digital marketing. • Strong analytical skills; must have experience analyzing and interpreting data. • Experience with Excel; exposure to a statistical software such as R, SAS, Python, etc. • Experience communicating data in an easy-to-interpret format and/or visualization. • Ability to summarize data insights, outcomes and implications in a clear and concise manner. • Agency background with digital marketing experience is a plus. • Learns quickly and confidently handles concurrent tasks and responsibilities.
