DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER, MOBILE APPLICATION (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY)

About the position Responsibilities • Develop, prioritize, and execute a strategic, data-driven roadmap for the native World of Hyatt Mobile Application, focused on the property and in-stay guest experience. • Lead day-to-day product management activities in partnership with teammates in Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operational roles. • Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively. • Maintain and enhance existing digital product(s) to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward. • Measure and report on product performance (both quantitative and qualitative). • Identify, research, and socialize data-driven insights, making sound data-driven feature/functionality decisions. • Communicate product strategy and development updates to Digital leadership and other stakeholders throughout the company. • Work closely with business stakeholders to align product strategy to business goals. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, or other equivalent business/function role. • Bachelor's degree or other equivalent work experience. • Proficient digital background, with prior experience delivering and managing enterprise-level products. • Comfortable managing discussions with business stakeholders and technical resources. • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams. • Experience with digital product management systems such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Splunk. Nice-to-haves • Experience in hospitality and/or native applications is a plus.
