About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Savings Team as a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our new digital savings proposition and delivering a first-class client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing clients daily using our Live Chat capability, working with team members to enhance our products and services, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients using our Live Chat functionality, responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service Identify clients in vulnerable situations and provide support to ensure their needs are met Proactively spot patterns in client frustrations or needs, and suggest updates to our processes, tools, or products to improve client experience Identify and log client complaints, ensuring that clients are treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns Collaborate with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to add value to our clients Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and knowledge: Regulatory knowledge applicable to the role Strong communication skills, with the ability to act with integrity and empathy Experience dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships in a service or sales environment Ability to work from home in a safe, private, and distraction-free environment with a solid internet connection (download speed - 10mbps; upload speed - 3mbps) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following attributes would be beneficial for the role: A passionate and energetic service mindset Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames Self-motivated with an ability to work individually and as part of a team Good listening skills Previous experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Friendly and client-focused approach Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our colleagues with opportunities for growth and development.
