About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Savings Team as a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our new digital savings proposition and delivering a first-class client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing clients daily using our Live Chat capability, working with team members to enhance our products and services, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience.
