Director Brand Strategy (Pharma)

Role: Director Brand Strategy - Pharma Location: Remote (EST- MUST be based in the northeast for as needed onsite meetings) Salary: $150-180k DOE Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. Responsibilities • Lead the development of brand strategies, including positioning and strategic messaging platforms for product launches and inline growth across therapeutic areas (oncology, rare diseases, neurology, etc.) • Understanding of HCP audiences, translating research and data into strategies. • Conduct competitive market analyses to identify opportunities and strategic pathways for brand differentiation. • Partner with teams to translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans, ensuring message consistency. • Serve as the senior strategic lead and client-facing representative, challenging client thinking and fostering long-term strategic relationships. • Lead the strategic development and pitch presentations for new business opportunities, showcasing the agency’s strategic capabilities. • Ensure all recommendations are developed with a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape, working closely with MLR partners. • Collaborate with teams to guide creative development and execution, ensuring all outputs are strategically sound and align with the approved positioning. • Oversee the planning, execution, and synthesis of research to uncover customer insights. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy and/or brand planning within a pharmaceutical agency. • Expertise in both HCP marketing strategies for pharmaceuticals. • Proven track record of successfully leading product launch strategies and managing multiple brands. • Experience with market research methodologies, data analysis, and translating complex information into marketing strategies. • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team of strategic professionals.
