Key Responsibilities Develop and lead an enterprise-class customer marketing program that aligns with arenaflex's overall strategy, focusing on fostering brand awareness, increasing sales through customer advocacy, and creating integrated strategies for customer engagement and advocacy. Activate arenaflex advocates through a mix of digital and in-person events, driving process maturity to enhance team efficiency and customer experience. Uncover and amplify customer success stories, managing advocate acquisition, development, and promotion to support the sales cycle and deal closure. Lead and develop a high-performing team, establishing key performance indicators for content and program evaluation and ensuring continuous team development and growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure that customer marketing strategies are well-integrated with other business functions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A proven track record in launching and driving cross-functional customer engagement programs, with experience in customer advisory boards, summits, and conference speaking engagements. Proficiency in creating Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and engaging experiences, along with expertise in customer storytelling. Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, outstanding project management and organizational skills, and executive presence with excellent communication skills. Leadership skills with a focus on team development, an analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 10-15+ years of customer marketing experience, with a strong background in creating strategic plans aligned with business priorities. Strong writing and presentation skills, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills. Experience in team building and mentoring, with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
