Role Overview We’re looking for a Director of Marketing who can set the vision, build strategy, and lead execution across our marketing ecosystem. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role for someone excited to architect and scale marketing programs across paid media, lifecycle email, social, and geo-specific campaigns. You’ll shape our full-funnel strategy to drive qualified leads, educate long-consideration buyers, and strengthen our presence across diverse regional markets. You’ll collaborate with executive leadership and build the foundation for scalable, measurable growth in a fast-paced, startup environment. Applicants for this position must be located in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. What You’ll Do Define and lead multi-channel marketing strategy across email, paid media, social, and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals. Build and optimize nurture programs that deepen engagement and trust with long-lead buyers, shaping the customer journey from first touch to close. Oversee paid media investments across Google Ads, Meta, and Connected TV, setting budgets, optimizing performance, and driving ROI for real estate–specific lead generation. Shape the company’s social media presence and content strategy to strengthen brand awareness and engagement at scale. Develop and implement market-specific go-to-market strategies (e.g., suburban lot expansion in Texas, rebuild efforts in California), ensuring tailored approaches for regional opportunities. Use analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot) to set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive data-backed decisions. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to align campaigns with business objectives and customer needs. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable impact. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or integrated marketing, with increasing leadership responsibilities; must have homebuilding industry experience. Proven ability to design and scale full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact. Expertise across key channels: paid media, lifecycle email, social media, and analytics, with ability to balance hands-on execution and high-level strategy. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience building and mentoring teams. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics; experience with offline channels (e.g., direct mail) is a plus.
