Job Summary The Director of Client Management will direct a team of 5 Senior Client Supervisors to grow American Express revenue by establishing profitable, productive, and durable relationships with trader accounts. The team will be responsible for delivering valuable, creative insights and solutions to our clients across a diverse range of organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strong results and effects on peers and the business, with a focus on B2B sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop, lead, and inspire a top-performing team to hold and drive incremental business (B2B and B2C) by growing revenue and improving offers. Foster a culture of strength, learning, coaching abilities, and consultative relationships with the board. Lead the team in maintaining and strengthening American Express' business by demonstrating value, growing revenue, improving offers, and increasing productivity. Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing payments landscape and keep current with payment trends and financial/competitive indicators. Collaborate with internal associates to search out and develop organization and marketing resources that will be relevant to the client base. Model key sales behaviors/abilities and balance solution and skill coaching. Increase Shipper Fulfillment and amplify benefits with an enterprise approach. Essential Qualifications Proven peer leader with demonstrated ability to drive strong results and effects on peers and the business, with a focus on B2B sales growth. History of driving superior outcomes by demonstrating sincere thought leadership, clear prioritization/pipeline management, trustworthy guidance, and imaginative problem-solving. Innovative leader with strong change-management abilities and a growth outlook. Utilizes innovation to generate insights, choices, and valuable opportunities for business growth/new shipper arrangements. Strong business acumen and financial discernment is a must. Strong demonstration of Challenger abilities and capacity to work with C-level leaders to grow revenues. Ability to collaborate, be adaptable, and manage change in a high-speed, dynamic business environment. Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical abilities, including navigating through and controlling data in success and managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications Existing individuals pioneer liked. Knowledge of the Vendor/getting business and additionally the U.S. payments industry are strongly liked. Knowledge and additional experience in working with quickly growing technology companies are liked. Payment services experience liked.
