Experienced Account Supervisor for Amazon Retail US - Vendor Management and Business Growth Strategist (Remote, Live Chat) $35/Hour

Introduction to Amazon and the Role Amazon, the world's leading e-commerce platform, is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join its Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (RBS) team, specifically within the Vendor Achievement Software (VSP) group. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering strategies for managing vendors for Amazon Retail US. You will operate as a business owner who recognizes key levers to achieve results through your team. Your primary focus will be on developing the enterprise with Amazon seller partners, and you will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across multiple functional areas to drive the overall performance of seller partners at Amazon. Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Fulfillment will be measured through the performance of your assignment and deliverables on key metrics. You will contribute to business strategy development and identify the right key metrics that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs. Relationship Management: Build and cultivate relationships with vendors to your team's portfolio, in conjunction with internal stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate. Display vendor delight survey results to investigate both positive and negative comments trends, and set up improvement plans and manage expectations with account managers as needed. Process Excellence: Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience working with Amazon. Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify, and optimize and scale upgrades that could benefit a large set of customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree Experience analyzing data and best practices to evaluate performance drivers 3 years of client or seller facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry Ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where approach is not defined Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
