Job Overview As our new Director of E/Learning, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our eLearning business, both nationally and internationally. Key Responsibilities Attend weekly training and personal development sessions via Zoom to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Create and implement effective marketing strategies across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and growth. Master lead generation techniques with support from our experienced team and contribute to the development of our eLearning business. Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates, providing valuable information and guiding them through the process. Organize and facilitate follow-up Q&A sessions online to ensure a seamless customer experience. Offer mentorship and tailored guidance to new clients, providing ongoing training and support. Leverage a variety of online marketing strategies to enhance your personal brand and grow your professional network. Essential Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as eLearning, education, or digital marketing. Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies. Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience using online tools like Zoom. A strong entrepreneurial spirit or experience working with a well-established company.
