We are seeking a Director to lead SentinelOne’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE), driving initiatives that accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact. This leader will also play a key role in Product-Led Growth (PLG) enablement, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver the foundational capabilities that power our product-driven customer experiences. Additionally, this individual will oversee SentinelOne’s automation platform, ensuring the effective use of intelligent automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep experience in AI-driven business transformation, automation platforms (Workato preferred), and technology program leadership in fast-paced, product-led environments. What Will You Do? AI Center of Excellence Leadership • Lead and expand SentinelOne’s AI CoE, guiding a team focused on designing, developing, and operationalizing AI use cases such as sales and support AI assistants that enhance productivity and customer experience • Partner with stakeholders across the company to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful AI-driven assistants and workflows • Define and implement AI governance, best practices, and adoption frameworks across the organization • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, ensuring SentinelOne leverages cutting-edge capabilities responsibly and effectively Product-Led Growth (PLG) Enablement - IT Track Lead • Serve as the IT lead for SentinelOne’s PLG (Product-Led Growth) program, collaborating closely with the Product team to deliver foundational technology capabilities that enable product-led experiences • PLG scope includes: • Enablement of AWS Marketplace integration and enablement of trial, provisioning, and licensing flows • Metering and telemetry integration from SentinelOne products to AWS marketplace • Billing integration with AWS and internal systems (NetSuite) • Lead routing and opportunity data synchronization (Salesforce) • Represent IT in cross-functional PLG working groups and ensure timely delivery of IT PLG deliverables Automation Platform Ownership • Oversee the company’s Workato-based automation platform, driving enterprise-wide efficiency through intelligent process automation • Manage integration and automation strategy across core business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday) and associated downstream systems • Establish development standards, scalability best practices, and automation lifecycle management processes What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring? • 15+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 7+ years in leadership roles managing large, cross-functional technical teams • Prior experience enabling Product-Led Growth (PLG) programs, including integration of product, data, and go-to-market systems, with preferred experience in AWS Marketplace enablement • Proven experience managing developers and software engineering teams, including setting priorities, overseeing technical design, and ensuring code quality and delivery • Deep understanding of enterprise automation tools; Workato experience strongly preferred • Experience delivering AI/ML solutions or integrating AI assistants into enterprise workflows • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Company • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills Why us?
