The Director of Product, Client Group is a strategic role accountable for proving that we can be more effective and efficient at 10x scale than we are today. You’ll prioritize how we innovate and automate for internal teams – both through traditional software, but also for helping teams apply AI Native thinking to transform not just efficiency but also effectiveness and nimbleness. You will be accountable for the product vision and roadmap for Virta’s client operations platform, spanning core services like eligibility ingestion, claims integration, data exchange pipelines, billing support, reporting, marketing enablement, and accounting operations. You’ll lead a team of product managers and partners cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Finance, and Implementation to drive the foundation that powers Virta’s growth. Responsibilities • Ensure that every year our teams are more effective, and more efficient, breaking the assumption that as companies double in size they become slower and less efficient. • Define and drive the long-term product vision for Client Group’s platform and services. • Ensure we can effortlessly support hundreds, then tens of thousands of clients with diverse needs—securely, efficiently, and flexibly. • Oversee development of critical infrastructure: client onboarding tooling, file ingestion pipelines, API-based integrations, billing data workflows, and marketing enablement systems with a lens towards AI first solutions. • Ensure client-facing and Finance teams have the tools they need to launch and support clients effectively. • Have the ability to go beyond today’s asks, and reimagine what great looks like • Define and own OKRs along efficiency, quality and accuracy. • Manage and develop a team of PMs across Client Group squads fostering a high performance impact oriented product culture. You’ll be great for this role if you: • You have 8+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role. • Are at the forefront of generative AI, building ahead of the curve to make the most of exponential improvements, turning capabilities like vector spaces, LLMs, core GPT capabilities, MCP and agentic flows into powerful systems for care teams • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development. • You’ve tackled data interoperability or integration initiatives. Security and privacy training will be provided. Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $$199,277 - $267,000.
