Requirements • Proven experience in sustainability practices and ESG strategy implementation. • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse teams. • Ability to innovate and drive change within an organization. • Experience in preparing for regulatory compliance related to sustainability. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards. • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks.
