Position: Director Onboarding Process Optimization (Remote Opportunity) Director Onboarding Process Optimization (Remote Opportunity) Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Director, Global Onboarding Process Optimization to join our Global Commercial Onboarding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global and regional leaders across Commercial Services—including Operations, Development, Revenue Management, Digital, Marketing, Distribution Services, Content, Sales, Loyalty, and Technology—to optimize the end-to-end commercial onboarding experience for new hotels. Responsibilities • Analyze and map the current commercial processes related to hotel openings, conversions, and transitions globally. • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and inconsistencies in timelines, ownership, and execution across disciplines. • Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize commercial workflows to support timely, high-quality hotel launches. • Act as a central connector and facilitator among global commercial teams to align on shared goals, deliverables, and dependencies for each stage of the opening lifecycle. • Develop and lead process improvement roadmaps with measurable objectives, milestones, and stakeholder engagement plans. • Support the implementation of global standards, templates, timelines, and tools to drive consistency. • Gather data and stakeholder feedback to monitor the impact of commercial readiness efforts and identify further opportunities for refinement. • Track and report progress against optimization goals and key metrics to leadership. Qualifications • 8–10 years in commercial operations, process improvement, or project management within a global hospitality or related service industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Strong exposure to or direct experience with hotel openings, transitions, or systems enablement. • Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional accountability. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
