Truck Dispatcher – Dry Van / Local & Regional (Florida) Location: Florida (Remote or In-Office Optional) Pay: Competitive base + performance bonuses Schedule: Full-time/or Part time We are a growing trucking company running dry vans under our own DOT, focused on Florida-only, short-haul, and dedicated freight. We are looking for a motivated, sharp dispatcher who knows how to keep trucks moving and drivers profitable. Messa Truck Dispatcher – Dry Van / Florida Only Location: Florida (Remote or In-Office Optional) Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday check-ins) Pay • Base Pay: $800–$1,000 per week (based on experience) • Performance Bonus: $100–$300+ per truck per week • Expected Total Pay: $1,200–$2,000+ per week • Annual Range: $62,000–$100,000+ (Bonus is tied to keeping trucks loaded, rate quality, and weekly revenue targets.)
