Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a recreational setting. Essential qualifications include: Current First Aid and CPR certificates or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent, with some positions requiring additional education or certifications. Experience working in customer service, recreation, or a related field, with some positions requiring specific experience (e.g., teaching, coaching, lifeguarding). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals. Ability to pass a background check and, for some positions, a driving records check.
