Email Marketing Manager Needed for Strategy + Execution
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to conduct a comprehensive "Health Check" and deep-dive audit of our current email accounts. The primary goal is to identify why our performance has plateaued and to fix technical vulnerabilities—such as DNS, SPF, and DMARC misconfigurations—that may be hurting our deliverability and pushing our emails into the Spam folder. We need someone who can look under the hood and tell us exactly what is broken before we spend more money on ads or content. Beyond the technical setup, we require a strategic review of our existing Automations and Campaigns. You will analyze our current customer journeys (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) to identify where we are leaking revenue and missing opportunities for segmentation. The final deliverable must be a clear, prioritized roadmap of "quick wins" and long-term fixes that will immediately improve our Open Rates and Revenue Per Recipient.
