Position Overview We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with strong hunter DNA—a self-starter who thrives on generating their own pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing mid-market and enterprise deals. This role is ideal for someone who loves outbound prospecting, operates with urgency, and consistently pushes to exceed quota. Key Responsibilities • Own your pipeline: Source, qualify, and develop your own leads through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, networking). • Create targeted outbound campaigns for your named accounts or territory. • Conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demonstrations that showcase clear ROI. • Build customized proposals and lead contract negotiations with HR and executive teams. • Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to close. • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. • Utilize tools like Zoom, Webex, HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and demos. • Develop strong business cases using customer pain points, data insights, and competitive positioning. • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine outbound messaging and improve targeting. What Success Looks Like • The majority of your pipeline is self-sourced, not dependent on inbound. • You consistently break into net-new accounts. • You close deals by clearly articulating business value and ROI. Qualifications • Proven success in outbound-focused SaaS sales, with the ability to generate your own opportunities. • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in speaking with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders. • Highly organized, disciplined, and competitive. • Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. • Ability to run multiple outbound sequences while managing the broader sales cycle. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role (mid-market or enterprise). • Prior experience working for a B2B SaaS company and/or • Experience selling HR, payroll, or workforce solutions—ideally with companies such as ADP, Rippling, Gusto, UKG, Paychex, Paycor, BambooHR, or similar providers. • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through self-generated pipeline. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
