Key Responsibilities Retrieve, research, and resolve specific customer emails and Service Requests in a timely and professional manner Prepare and ship customer orders for publications needed in physical format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements, and follow up on issues related to their accounts, providing proactive support and solutions Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks effectively Research and analyze data to identify trends and issues regarding specific customers, using insights to inform support strategies and improve customer satisfaction Support Piper Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activity, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues Collaborate with Customer Program Managers (CPM) to maintain reports, customer data, and manage customer expectations, fostering strong relationships and driving customer loyalty Assist with Customer Care responsibilities, including processing returns, generating credits/debit memos, and resolving price discrepancies, freight credits, over shipments, and short shipments Process material returned from customers, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of returns and refunds Handle discrepancies and requests sent by customers, managing issues from start to finish, and providing thorough investigations, effective communication, and timely resolution Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer support and thrive in a dynamic environment.
