Key Responsibilities Create spreadsheets to track important client information and orders, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Organize existing data in a spreadsheet, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel. Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines. Basic understanding of databases, including data entry, retrieval, and management. Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Great attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data. High school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
