Example assignments include: • Designing and evaluating new or existing products, processes, and systems. • Driving operational process improvements to enhance key performance indicators. • Collaborating on cross-functional projects with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, candidates should have: • A bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering specialties. • Successful completion of an EMIP Internship. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
