You'll work from the comfort of your own home, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized assistance to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Assisting customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data * Personalizing the customer experience for each caller, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction * Collaborating with your Customer Service Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Who We Are** Cornerstone Services is a shared services organization that provides expertise and corporate support across the four Cornerstone Brands.
