Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Data Entry Clerks. Review and verify information for completeness and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage large volumes of data with efficiency and attention to detail, meeting daily or weekly data entry targets to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies, providing excellent customer service and support. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data security protocols and policies. Provide basic administrative support as needed, performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management. Ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures, participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. A reliable computer and internet connection, enabling you to work efficiently from home. Strong typing speed and accuracy (at least 45 words per minute preferred), with excellent keyboarding skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines consistently, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous exposure to administrative tasks or data entry is a plus. Working Hours We offer flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
