Position Overview As an Executive Assistant at Workwarp, you will play a central role in supporting our co-founders and their Senior Executive Assistants. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Dental insurance Life insurance Medical insurance Retirement plans Vision insurance Key Responsibilities As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: High-Level Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our co-founders and their Senior Executive Assistants, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Office Coordination: Maintain impeccable organization across various tasks, including office coordination, managing supplies, and welcoming guests. Confidentiality and Discretion: Ensure confidentiality and discretion with all personal and business information, upholding the highest standards of integrity. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing inquiries and fostering strong relationships. Document Management: Oversee document management, including scanning, copying, and filing, to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping. Calendar Management: Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Event Management: Assist with event management, speaking engagements, and expense reporting, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamo, Concur, Adobe Pro, and familiarity with expense reporting and client relationship management.
