Experienced 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent – Remote Position for Exceptional Customer Service and Dispatch Professionals

Job Summary This fully remote position is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone, obtaining complete and accurate information, and assisting customers in a timely manner. As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will also be responsible for dispatching calls to technicians and performing various administrative duties. We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls and follow up with customers as needed Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, providing timely solutions and resolutions Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, customer preference, and other relevant factors Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with technicians and customers Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to ensure transparency and trust Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details to ensure efficient job execution Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls to prevent errors and delays Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Essential Qualifications Must be familiar with the surrounding area (previous experience in the Chicagoland area is an asset) High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with previous dispatch experience being a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems (including Service Titan) Ability to work from home efficiently, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, including 3rd shift hours (6:00pm-2:30am Monday through Thursday and 3:30pm-12:00am on Sunday) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the plumbing, electric, or HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology Dispatch experience, with knowledge of scheduling software and systems Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
