You'll work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Your key responsibilities will include: * Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Planning for, and achieving, growth goals, through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Building an in-depth knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: * Experience working with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities. * Knowledge of Google advertising products and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. * Experience with data analysis and interpretation, and ability to develop data-driven recommendations. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders. * Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop data-driven recommendations. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and marketing teams. * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and agile approach to work. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
