Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality instruction to students in Health Care Administration, aligning with program and course objectives. Create a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes effective learning and simulates real-world workplace settings. Impart knowledge and understanding of professional career paths in Health Care Administration, and provide guidance on industry best practices. Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with emerging trends in education. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related subject area (e.g., Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field) from an accredited institution. At least four years of experience in Health Care Administration, with a strong understanding of industry practices and trends. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and industry professionals. A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to adult learners. The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success. Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field. Teaching or instructional experience, particularly in a higher education setting.
