At arenaflex, we're committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do. **Work Synopsis** Our Information Investigation team is seeking an Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our Pack Trial and error and Examination group. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the Disney Pack, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, in a single platform. This initiative is critical to the expansion of DTC's real-time features in the US. Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling/strategies, trial and error structures, and various tools to assist our business clients in making informed, data-driven decisions. We're looking for someone who has a passion for using large datasets to tackle complex business challenges! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate intimately with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful strategies to address these questions * Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a continuous stream of Pack intel * Perform extensive pattern examinations, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Cooperate with other Examination groups to understand and utilize all relevant Pack information from different sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story * Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical models, and machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field of study, and relevant work experience * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures * Skill in managing large datasets, deciphering data patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into actionable proposals * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment * Professional growth and development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and inclusive work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
