Job Summary As an Amazon Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client care and support to our customers. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information via telephone, email, and online platforms. This is a full-time position that requires 30-39 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client care and support via telephone, email, and online platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Proactively identify solutions to common customer issues and develop strategies to address them. Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or escalating to senior support specialists when necessary. Deliver top-tier customer service experiences, working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting productivity and quality standards. Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance, copays, and prescription medications. Provide technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them. View each interaction as an opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and online tools. Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills. Reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber to the home) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Ability to adjust your schedule frequently (every 2 weeks), with a 2-week advance notice. Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions. Reside in the state of Utah. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of significant telephone or email customer support experience. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a customer support or call center environment. Experience working in a healthcare setting. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
