**Experienced Application Administrator – Entry Level Position in Application Administration**

As a company that values innovation and excellence, we are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team. **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Application Administrator to support our Beacon-to-Link migration project. As part of this project, our development team is building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually building a large number of organizations and users in Link, as well as providing support to our divisions. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to get into LabCorp and develop a career in application administration. **Key Responsibilities** * Manually build a large number of organizations and users in Link * Provide support to our divisions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues * Work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials * Assist with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components * Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals * Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve processes **Essential Qualifications** * High school graduate or equivalent * Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm) * Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus) * Proficient in Word and Excel * Ability to work in a shift-based environment, including 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST * Reliable internet connection * Ability to pass a 3-minute IKM assessment **Preferred Qualifications** * Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience * Experience working in a similar role, including application administration and customer service **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Access to training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the company's success **Work Environment and Company Culture** We are a dynamic and innovative company that values excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
