With a strong presence in Bartlesville, OK, and a growing footprint in Warminster, PA, we're expanding our team to meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * **Repair Management**: Oversee customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution across multiple locations, including Bartlesville and Warminster, PA. * **Order Processing**: Enter and manage repair information following established processes to ensure accurate and timely execution, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. * **Scheduling & KPIs**: Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * **Problem Resolution**: Lead activities to resolve capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability. * **Order Completion**: Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * **KPI Support**: Assist in achieving and maintaining KPIs in areas such as delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * **Data Analysis**: Run reports, review data, and recommend process improvements for better KPI performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth. * **Continuous Improvement**: Participate and/or lead improvement initiatives to enhance service goals and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. * **Other Tasks**: Support additional roles or tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Bachelor's Degree** with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with proven accomplishments. * **Strong customer service experience**, attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and within a team. * **Self-starter** with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
