Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply algorithms to large-scale data, and work on developing and implementing machine learning models to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI and machine learning models to drive business growth and improve developer experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions Apply algorithms to large-scale data and develop predictive models to solve complex business problems Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and validation, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders Develop and implement machine learning models using techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision Work with distributed stores such as S3, Flash, and Vector Database, and develop expertise in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear and concise recommendations Essential Qualifications 2+ years of overall experience in the software industry, focused on machine learning and AI Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and natural language processing Experience with model development, training, and deployment, and expertise in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large-scale data and develop predictive models Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based technologies and distributed computing Knowledge of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve complex business problems Experience with training models using foundation models and retraining or fine-tuning to custom needs Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with agile development methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
