Job Overview We're seeking an exceptional AI specialist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) group. As a key member of our team, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within blithequark. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply algorithms to large-scale data, and contribute to the development of a Generative AI-based developer experience platform for internal use. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI strategies to enhance our developer experience platform and accelerate application development Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists Apply algorithms to large-scale data and develop predictive models to drive business outcomes Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and handling missing values, anomalies, and model performance validation Present results of analyses in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within blithequark Essential Qualifications 2+ years of overall experience in the software industry, focused on machine learning Highly skilled in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with distributed stores like S3, Flash, Vector Database Experience with model deployment for experimentation and production Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models Strong comprehension of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve various business problems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with training models or using foundation models and retraining or fine-tuning to custom needs Experience applying ML methods in developer productivity is a plus Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and distributed computing Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex AI model proficiencies into digestible information for non-technical audiences Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
