**Experienced Associate Client Manager, Customer Success – blithequark Center of Excellence**

As a highly skilled and results-driven Associate Client Manager, Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of blithequark's customers. With a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry, you will identify new opportunities for blithequark to drive value and elevate our performance. We exist to count everyone and are on a mission to systematically embed inclusion and diversity into all aspects of our workforce, measurement, and products. **Responsibilities** As an Associate Client Manager, Customer Success, you will be responsible for: * Partnering with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity * Understanding and leveraging blithequark solutions and applying industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Driving strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging blithequark tools and assets * Identifying opportunities for increased partnership and elevating those opportunities to organizational partners * Facilitating clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of blithequark solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation * Ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time * Identifying potential revenue opportunities with customers and handing off to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goals * Working collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome * Leading client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Ensuring client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value blithequark is delivering to them * Partnering with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting * Understanding client structure and organization * Determining ROI of blithequark recommendations and solutions * Developing a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A can-do attitude and the ability to tell a story using data * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment * Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking skills * Comfort working with complex customer relationships and issue resolution * Creativity in leveraging existing data sources to answer tough questions * Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * College/University Undergraduate or master's degree * Prior experience with blithequark solutions * Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment * Time management & prioritization * Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau) * Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data highly preferred (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator to name a few) * 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferred **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning, and an Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP).
