Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person communication in a fast-paced customer service center. Your mission will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that responses to inquiries are completed timely and according to established service and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards, attending all required training classes to ensure continuous improvement Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate, demonstrating a commitment to resolving complex issues efficiently Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements Perform other duties as assigned or requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements.
