Job Overview We are currently seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Product Design to lead our team of UX designers in building cutting-edge, provider-facing tools and experiences. Design Execution and Activity: Apply design thinking principles and oversee the creation of exceptional client experiences that meet objectives with rich transparency. Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and methodologies to more quickly deliver work. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented UX designers and design managers. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Architecture, or a related field. A solid understanding of design processes and knowledge of what is possible and what will be difficult to achieve or implement in a digital environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas, and openness to advancing opinions that challenge beliefs. Proficiency in current design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. Ability to create relevant deliverables, including detailed site maps, user flows/task flows, user journeys, page flows, taxonomies/folksonomies, purchase paths, wireframes, annotations, and prototypes that address interaction suggestions. A strong online portfolio showcasing your experience in shaping B2B, SAAS, or Enterprise platform insight, and your unwavering advocacy for the customer, analytical direction, and strategic thinking. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS, with involved skills being a plus.
