Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple teams of customer-facing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences Oversee the operational requirements and management of sales teams, including resource allocation, performance management, and process improvement Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance, address skill gaps, and promote professional development Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these insights Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications 2+ years of experience in a sales support or services management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer experiences Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including customer engagement and conversion processes Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Manager or in a related role Knowledge of industry-specific policies and procedures, such as those related to customer experience and sales operations Experience with workforce management software and systems, such as Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs Experience with continuous improvement processes and methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts Proficiency in using software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Career Growth and Development Opportunities arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of its employees, providing opportunities for professional development, training, and education.
