Job Overview The Associate, Remote Network (Chat) will be responsible for delivering proactive and dynamic customer service, referring customers to digital channel options, and supporting the definition and development of digital channels adoption strategies. This position will be based on-site in Bayamón, PR, and will require frequent visits to physical channels to provide feedback and communicate defined strategies related to digital channels adoption. Key Responsibilities Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude toward customers (internal and external) Refer customers to digital channel options according to their needs, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience Support the definition and development of digital channels adoption strategies for existing and new clients, leveraging industry insights and best practices Visit physical channels to provide feedback and communicate defined strategies related to digital channels adoption, ensuring a cohesive and omnichannel experience Apply gained insights and data to create pitch-perfect digital briefs and customer journeys, driving business growth and customer satisfaction Stay up to date on current and future blithequark's digital channels capabilities, providing cutting-edge insights and guidance to personnel Participate in presentations as an expert in the digital channels' arena, showcasing thought leadership and industry expertise Participate in testing processes as part of the development of new digital tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance Support the generation of continuous motivation, contests, and different initiatives to achieve results, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Support the preparedness of processes, communications, guided facts sheets, or any necessary documentation to serve as tools for branches, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in finance or a related field, preferable Two (2) years' experience in a financial services company or related work of management, required Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Excellent knowledge of industry operating policies, procedures, and regulations (state and federal) Excellent analytical skills to determine critical issues and areas in need of improvement, with the ability to find creative solutions while considering all aspects, departments, and individuals affected Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures, lead projects, and communicate results Fully Bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal), required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reporting systems, and other business applications, required Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital channels adoption and customer experience management Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Certifications in digital marketing, customer experience, or related fields Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
